Maxine Blake is the visionary force behind Blake Insurance Services Agency, a business she built with purpose and resilience after the heartbreaking loss of her youngest daughter twenty years ago. Turning pain into power, Maxine made a vow to live fully, help others fiercely, and create a legacy rooted in service.
Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Maxine has a natural gift for understanding people — meeting them exactly where they are, listening with empathy, and guiding them with clarity. Her background allows her to navigate difficult conversations, build trust effortlessly, and provide solutions tailored to each client’s real-life needs.
What began as a mission to serve has grown into a highly successful insurance agency with a significant impact on the community. Maxine is known for her integrity, her passion for helping families protect what matters most, and her unwavering dedication to education, empowerment, and financial stability.

Latika Billups — Continuing the Blake Legacy
Latika Billups is the oldest daughter of Maxine Blake and a licensed Property & Casualty agent. After years of resisting the path she was destined for, she realized her passion for helping people was instilled in her by her mother. Today, she proudly walks in her purpose, writing auto, home, renters, commercial, general liability, and business policies. Latika is committed to guiding families and small businesses with honesty, clarity, and care—continuing the powerful legacy of Blake Insurance Services.
